Our client a leading Service Organisation are expanding their Managing Consulting Business and have opportunities for individuals with a proven track record and skills in the following areas:

Business advisory SME to key Retail & CPG clients.

Consulting engagement delivery (including team leadership, project administration, client liaison).

Programme management of major client programmes.

Business transformation, benefits & Change management

Opportunity identification and development

Client relationship development

Sales support (pre-sales, proposal development,)

Practice enhancement (collateral development, thought leadership contributions, knowledge management).

Leverage of strong Retail & CPG contacts list.

10+ years experience in the Retail & or the Consumer Packages Goods (CPG) /Fast Moving Consumer Goods sectors.

· 5+ years working in a major retail / CPG manufacturing organisation

· Track record of delivering at ‘c’ level, major business transformational programs and projects. Including multi vendor management.

· Knowledge of core Retail ERP systems Oracle Retail and /or SAP IS Retail

· Knowledge of key Retail /and or CPG business processes

· Supply Chain management & core associated functions

· Strategic planning skills

· Business change management

· Stakeholder management at Director / ‘CxO’ level

· Effective leadership with results orientation

· Supplier management and cost control

Strong relationship skills with proven track record
